Medicine Notes is developed by Ivan Kramarchuk. These service notices explain the app’s intended use. The app license is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different license is shown in the App Store.
Use and responsibility
Use the app as a personal record of information you enter and check. Keep your device and exports private. Review medicine details, scans, generated descriptions and reminder settings. The app provides no medical service or guarantee of a health outcome. Use professional medical advice for treatment decisions.
Availability and limitations
The app and linked services may contain errors or be unavailable. Notifications, stock estimates, import/export, device access and external pages depend on your entries, Apple system behavior and service availability. Keep an independent plan and a private backup where appropriate. Do not use the app as the only safeguard for a critical treatment.
External services
MedlinePlus and other pages opened from the app have their own policies and terms. Website contact uses Formspree and Cloudflare Turnstile after you choose to open the form. The developer cannot control external content, retention or service availability. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Apple, Apple Intelligence, Face ID, iPhone, iPad and related names are Apple trademarks. MedlinePlus, NLM, NIH and ASHP names and original drug content belong to their respective owners. The app uses Apple platform frameworks and system symbols; no NLM or ASHP logo is used.
Non-excludable rights
Nothing in these notices removes consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, or excludes responsibility where the law does not permit exclusion. The applicable app license and law govern warranty and liability.
Contact and updates
Use the Medicine Notes support page for app support, privacy requests, or security concerns. Include only information needed to explain the issue. Changes to these notices will be dated on the support website and included in a later app version where relevant.
